Taraire nearly always has a nice surprise. The currents of grain swirl around the islands of dark heartwood. On one side the bark has only just been removed leaving a soft indentation. The lid is of ancient kauri. Leaders and mentors are like islands, unmoved by the constant swirling of the currents of life, though challenging and testing, they stand strong and offer shelter. This product has been carefully finished in environmentally friendly natural oils and waxes.
